  Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients per person

Macaroni Cheese

Pasta:

  • 75g Macaroni
  • Pinch Salt
  • Oil

Sauce:

  • 75g Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon flour
  • 1 cup (1/4 pint) milk
  • 12g butter
  • Salt/Pepper/Mustard

Topping:

  • Grated Cheese
  • Tomato

Instructions:

  • Get over to 400°F/200°/Gas Mark 6
  • Cook macaroni for 10-15 minutes
  • Sauce:
    • Grate Cheese
    • Mix flour with some milk
    • Boil remaining milk, and then combine whilst stirring.
    • Return to boil and add butter, cheese, salt, pepper & mustard.
  • Drain macaroni and place in a greased dish.
  • Pour over sauce and mix in.
  • Garnish with cheese/tomato.
  • Place in hot oven for 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
